In fact, we take it so seriously that we start preparing it the night before. Not because we’re taking our time but because we want you to enjoy yours.
Local, Seasonal, Organic - at least, to the maximum extent. Many of them are own-made -like our pies, jams, and sweets. Taste is part of experiencing a place; we want you to fully appreciate it.

However, there’s one ingredient that’s never missing: our garden. Imagine a lush, green… oh wait, instead of imagining it, why not visit it?

Our breakfast may be served in our garden, but for lunch and dinner, we have an equally enchanting location for you to enjoy: the Akroyiali restaurant. It's the Greek word for seashore, and honestly, we couldn't find a simpler and more direct description of where it's located: right on Olympiada’s beachfront.
Akroyiali’s menu has been created based on a culinary philosophy that is identical to our own: simple, local ingredients that have made the minimum journey from the field, farm, or sea to your plate. Authentic Greek recipes. Dedication to preparation and cooking.
The distance between Liotopi and Akroyiali is about 150 meters. Approximately 2 minutes walk -unless you meet someone you know on the way. Studies have shown that this distance is ideal for increasing your appetite and for proper digestion. The study is ours, with intense testing every season.
